Boot Camp

Have you heard the buzz about outdoor fitness camps? At last there is one in your area! Michelle Talbot is a licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer with 15 years of Boot Camp experience.

Michelle and her group of talented therapists and fitness instructors offer Boot Camp at early and mid-morning times April through October. Michelle's staff has various clinical and fitness specialties including physical therapy, manual therapy, sports medicine nursing, pilates, group fitness, and spinning.

Early Bird Boot Camp

For those who love or need to get their workout done early in the morning. Cardiovascular training, agility, balance, core strengthening, and stretching. Pilates and rehab based moves that work on strength, balance, and flexibility all wrapping up as the sun rises over Emerson Field.

Basic Training

Designed to take you back to basic physical fitness. You will learn the correct ways to perform cardiovascular exercise, agility, balance, abdominal, core strengthening, stretch and strength training. You will run, jump, sit up and do jumping jacks and smile! Classes are held mid-morning and evenings.

Stroller Camp

Fun and creative workout for Mom and stroller-aged children. Enjoy a challenging workout designed for the busy moms which includes, cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training, with an interactive approach that helps mom squeeze in a workout and keeps your child's attention!

Pricing
Classes are held 3x per week
3 week session: $175 / $135 (early registration)
5 week session: $265 / $225 (early registration)
*To qualify for early registration, payment must be received
at least 14 days prior to class start date.


2009 punch card available -
$125 for 5 classes
*Card is good for 2009 only, is NOT transferable
and must be brought to each class.
