Basic Training
Designed to take you back to basic physical fitness. You will learn the correct ways to perform cardiovascular exercise, agility, balance, abdominal, core strengthening, stretch and strength training. You will run, jump, sit up and do jumping jacks and smile! Classes are held mid-morning and evenings.

Stroller Camp
Fun and creative workout for Mom and stroller-aged children. Enjoy a challenging workout designed for the busy moms which includes, cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training, with an interactive approach that helps mom squeeze in a workout and keeps your child's attention!
