Boot CampHave you heard the buzz about outdoor fitness camps? At last there is one in your area! Michelle Talbot is a licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer with 10 years of Boot Camp experience.

Early Bird Boot Camp

For those who love or need to get their workout done early in the morning. Cardiovascular training, agility, balance, core strengthening, and stretching. Pilates and rehab based moves that work on strengh, balance, and flexibility all wrapping up as the sun rises over Emerson Field.

Basic Training

Designed to tak you back to basic physical fitness. You will learn the correct ways to perform cardiovascular exercise, agility, balance, abdominal, core strenthening, stretch and strength training. You will run, jump, sit up and do jumping jacks and smile! Classes are held mid-morning and evenings.

Stroller Camp

Fun and creative workout for Mom and stroller-aged children. Enjoy a challenging workout designed for the busy moms which includes, cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training, with an interactive approach that helps mom squeeze in a workout and keeps your child's attention!
